New Counter Service Arrangements

To optimise manpower resources, the counter service hours of the Graduate School will be adjusted as follows with effect from Monday, 23 November 2020:

 

Monday - Friday:

2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Saturday:

9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (By appointment only)

Please make your appointment online at least 2 working days in advance, i.e. on or before Thursday of the week.

Sunday and Public Holidays:

Closed

 

Notes on Saturday appointment booking:

  1. Walk-ins will not be entertained before 2:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Counter services on Saturday mornings will be available by appointment only.
  2. For Saturday counter services, please book a time slot at the appointment system accessible via the link below at least 2 working days in advance.
  3. To maintain proper social distancing, a maximum of 5 appointments can be booked for each 15-minute time slot. Students/Visitors who arrive after their booked time slot may be asked to reschedule the appointment.

Current students (with valid student cards) should refer to the University’s latest announcement about campus access control. For visitors who are not current students, after they make an appointment at the System, staff of the Graduate School will contact them to provide details on entering campus with a visitor QR code. Please note that the University reserves the right to refuse any person from entering the campus without prior notice.
