Saturday's Counter Service Arrangement

 

The Saturday's counter service hours of the Graduate School will be adjusted as follows:

 

Saturday:

9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (By appointment only) Please make your appointment online at least 2 working days in advance, i.e. on or before Thursday of the week.

 

Notes on Saturday appointment booking:

1. For Saturday counter services, please book a time slot at the appointment system accessible via the link below at least 2 working days in advance. You will be receiving a follow-up call to confirm your appointment booking.
2. A maximum of 5 appointments can be booked for each 15-minute time slot. A latecomer who arrives after the booked time slot may be asked to reschedule the appointment.
