Under adverse weather conditions, we encourage everyone to stay informed about the weather by referencing the Hong Kong Observatory's website first, before planning your visit to our office.

Note: All confirmed appointments that fall within the service suspension period are automatically cancelled. Visitors will need to make new appointments to access our services.
