Under adverse weather conditions, we encourage everyone to stay informed about the weather by referencing the Hong Kong Observatory's website first, before planning your visit to our office.

	Rainstorm “Amber” or “Red” Warning Signal	Rainstorm “Black” Warning Signal	Typhoon Signal No.8 or above / Extreme Conditions
Signal in force between 6:30 a.m. & 1:30 p.m.	Service remains normal.	Service suspended. Service will resume as soon as practicable once the signal is removed.	Service suspended. Service will resume as soon as practicable once the signal and/or extreme conditions are removed.
Signal in force after 1:30 p.m.	Service remains normal.	Service suspended.	Service suspended.
Signal issued during working hours/appointment timeslot	Service remains normal.	Service remains normal.	Service suspended.

Note:  All confirmed appointments that fall within the service suspension period are automatically cancelled. Visitors will need to make new appointments to access our services.
