Fostering Community: ITS Students Connect at Pre-Mid-Autumn Gathering
The ITS programme hosted a special cohort-building session for its 12 students on 16 September 2024 (Mon), before the Mid-Autumn Festival. This delightful gathering aimed to foster connections and support among students as they embark on their transdisciplinary study journey.
Students enjoyed a variety of delicious mooncakes and refreshments in a warm and welcoming environment. Dr. Cheung King-ho, Executive Associate Dean of Graduate School, and Dr. Han Bo from the Department of Computer Science (one of the ITS course instructors) participated in the gathering, emphasising the importance of community and teamwork as the semester begins.
The enjoyable moment celebrated the spirit of the Mid-Autumn Festival while establishing a strong foundation for a united cohort, ready to embark on their fruitful and joyful study journey at HKBU!
