Office Relocation Notice - Counter Service Suspension

Please note that the counter service will be suspended on 29 January 2026 (Thursday) at 1:00pm due to the office relocation. 

 

From 30 January 2026 (Friday), Graduate School will be relocated to:

4/F, Madam Chan Wu Wan Kwai School of Continuing Education Tower (SCE Tower),

Baptist University Road Campus,

Hong Kong Baptist University,

Kowloon Tong

 

To better serve our students and ensure we can provide you with dedicated time and attention, please note that starting from this date, all in-person services will require an appointment. This includes the submission and collection of documents. Please book your appointment in advance through the Integrated Appointment System. Thank you for your kind attention.
