Note 1: To meet the admission requirements, the Graduate School must receive your official academic transcript(s) directly from the institution(s) that you attained the academic qualification(s). These documents include academic records of your undergraduate and/or postgraduate studies to date.
HKID card or passport (for local applicants);
*other identity document issued by the home country (for non-local applicants);
Degree certificate(s)/graduation diploma(s) AND transcript(s) for the academic qualification(s)
Public Examination Results (e.g. HKCEE/HKALE/MCIL/CET) (if any)
Proof of English proficiency (Please refer to our Language Requirements for details)
Certificate(s)/supporting document(s) of scholarship(s) and prize(s)
Sample(s) of publication or research work/record of research experience/publication list
Note 2: HKBU graduates/students are exempted from submitting the certificate(s) and transcript(s) for your previous/current studies at the University.
*Non-local applicants applying for part-time postgraduate courses should provide appropriate and valid visa to prove their eligibility to stay and study in Hong Kong.
(b) Confidential Recommendation Form ( PDF format or RTF format)
You are required to invite two referees to complete the Confidential Recommendation Form. Upon duly completion of the Form, kindly request them to send it directly to the Graduate School within two weeks from the date you submitted your application.
Note: If you wish to provide any supplementary documents, please quote the application number on all your documents. Should additional information is required, the Graduate School normally communicates with you by email.
