Research postgraduate students who wish to add/drop/withdraw courses at the University should complete the Application for Course Add/ Drop/ Withdrawal
. To keep students posted on the details of the application, the Graduate School will send an email direct to the students to inform them of the application details. The email will normally be sent out in August and December.
For information about the courses available, please refer to the Web-based University Cyber Port System (BUniPort) [go to Studies -> My Studies -> General Information -> Programmes & Courses Information -> Course Information]. Upon successful registration of the courses, students shall receive an email notification.
Only available to research postgraduate students, there is a "Cross Institutional Course Enrolment Scheme" where students may take courses at other local universities to fulfill the coursework requirement. Interested students should complete both
the Application for Course Add/ Drop/ Withdrawal AND
the Combined Application Form
(as required by all local institutions) and send the duly completed forms to the Graduate School before the deadline
as set by each individual institution.
All enquiries and applications should be addressed to the Graduate School and you are advised not to contact the host institutions directly. If students subsequently wish to drop the enrolled courses, they should complete the Application for Course Add/ Drop/ Withdrawal
